The Online Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing and supervising the operations of the online sales section. This role requires strong coordination with the warehouse and delivery teams, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing online orders, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and its functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, IF statements, etc.) and the ability to learn quickly are essential for managing data, analyzing sales performance, and supporting decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the online sales section to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Manage online product listings, pricing, and stock updates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock availability for online orders.
Excel & Data Management
- Use Excel for sales analysis, inventory tracking, and order management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly online sales.
- Analyze customer order trends and generate performance insights.
Inventory & Order Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
