We are seeking a versatile and creative professional currently based in Bahrain, with expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Director to develop high-quality visual content that supports our brand and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, storytelling ability, and the drive to manage multiple creative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling graphics for print and digital media (brochures, social media, website).
- Capture and edit high-resolution photos and videos of boats and floating structures.
- Direct and produce video content for product showcases and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director to ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Meet content delivery timelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Proven experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and video projects.
- Experience with 3D design tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Strong storytelling skills and visual communication sense.

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a closely related field, with a minimum of 8 years of postdoctoral and/or industry experience focused on gene editing technologies. A strong publication record in reputable journals and demonstrated success in leading research projects are essential. Proven experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular cloning, next-generation sequencing, and data analysis is required. Experience with various gene editing delivery systems and off-target analysis techniques is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective team collaboration and scientific dissemination. This position requires hands-on work in our advanced research facility located in Riffa, Southern, BH .
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, optimizing, and executing gene editing experiments using advanced technologies such as CRISPR-Cas9, TALENs, and base editing.
