Roles & Responsibilities:
To conduct regular (daily & monthly) safety audit, risk assessment & hazard identification and ensure corrective actions are effectively taken and recommend for effective countermeasure.
To ensure fire & evacuation are carried out to rectify the observations for improvement are effectively implemented.
To conduct regular visits to the properties to ensure compliance to all safety regulations.
To liaise with external authorities and contractors to ensure compliance of safety laws.
To ensure all firefighting equipments is maintained regularly against annual maintenance contract with external party and ensure in proper working condition in any event of fire.
