Job Description
- To act as wireman as necessary. To lay the AC/DC cables and termination
- To carry out scheduled maintenance as per senior personnel guidelines.
- To read and implement electrical drawings, Panel drawing, structure drawing and specification.
- To attend sites to carry out and assist with breakdowns/unscheduled maintenance.
- To tackle any technical and service issue that may rise.
- Do Inspections during and after maintenance and installation.
- Capable of completing a work schedule that may occasionally require flexibility.
- Capable of climbing a small ladder/ scaffolding.
- To operate hand tools and machinery, where needed.
- Ensure the health and safety on site.
- Planning the resources and reporting from site.
- Implementing work schedules.
Cable tray, GI & PVC pipe work
- AC cable glanding & termination from 60 to 300 mm minimum
- DC Cable termination including MC4 connector crimping
- Basic knowledge of electrical instrument including but not limited to multimeter, clamp meter, IR tester, attoelectron tester, etc.
- Basic knowledge of underground cable standard
- Troubleshooting of electrical component including but not limited to MCB, MCCB, ACB, Switchgear, inverter, etc.
- Solar panel cleaning
- electrical component installation and replacement including but not limited to MCB, MCCB, ACB, Switchgear, inverter, etc.
- Prefer having solar experience
- To conduct tasks assigned by Project Manager / Engineer
