Overview
Position Title: C2 Systems Integrator
Location: Bahrain (BHR)
Position Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 plus uplifts
Security Clearance Requirement: Position requires active security clearance
Certification Requirements: CompTIA Security+
Years of Experience: 3-5 years in relevant field
Responsibilities- Provides on-site and global command, control, computer, communications, and intelligence (C4I) systems technical support to the operating forces of the United States Marine Corps, joint services, allied nations, and program offices to ensure effective use of C4I systems throughout the spectrum of military operations.
- Provides the operational expertise necessary to support personnel, execute technical contract tasks and provide professional interaction with Government Customer OCONUS.
- Works cross-functionally with several departments and supports work at Government Customers’ sites. Travel is expected up to 25%.
- Provides C4I systems expertise including troubleshooting, guidance and analysis of tactical communications systems, system setup, maintenance, upgrades and configuration management for fielded Marine Corps C4I systems.
- Provides remote and onsite advanced C4I systems expertise support to the Fleet Marine Force.
- Provides discipline-wide knowledge and expertise that spans multiple systems across many official programs of record.
- Provides knowledge and expertise regarding information exchange requirements between multiple systems in information flows required by Warfighter Functions.
- Serves as the link between OFSD Government personnel and the C4I Systems Analysts to ensure Tier 0-2 support capabilities are maintained at the level required by the Fleet Marine Force.

- Travel Required for Position - Must be able to obtain or possess a valid US Passport and be physically qualified to support military exercises and contingency operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred, but not required
- 3-5 Years’ Experience supporting Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment
- Direct participation in real-world operations is desired
- Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, and allow for flexible scheduling
