A major energy infrastructure development company is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects from inception through to completion in Riffa, Southern, BH . This role requires a leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on the energy sector (oil & gas, power generation, transmission, renewables).
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale capital projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
