Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that could impact project success.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring adherence to project objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on the energy sector (oil & gas, power generation, transmission, renewables).
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale capital projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes.
