We are seeking an organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our team. The candidate must currently be in Bahrain and have valid work experience in the field of site engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring site activities, coordinating and supervising works preparation of reports.
• Ensuring design and quality standards are maintained by the construction team.
• To highlight constraints at site and discrepancy in drawing (if any) before work started.
• Ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety policies, rules and regulations.
• Maintaining effective coordination with subcontractors and within the construction team for smooth works execution.
• Interaction and liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers
• To handle all administrative correspondence within the Project Department.
