The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a Master's degree being highly advantageous. Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) accreditation is required. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with demonstrated experience leading projects and teams, is essential. Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) is mandatory. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are paramount.
