Conduct frequent site inspections and audits to verify compliance with QA/QC requirements, building codes, and engineering standards.

Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site, ensuring a safe working environment and promoting safety awareness among all team members.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
8–12 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision and project execution (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects).
Strong working knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC processes, and regulatory authority requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
Familiarity with contracts, technical documentation, and project approval procedures.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
