Our client is a premier entertainment and hospitality group seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Operations Manager to oversee the successful execution of diverse events held at their flagship venues. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for strategic planning off-site and direct operational oversight on-site.

This role is based in Seef, Capital, BH , with a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all logistical aspects of event operations, from planning and setup to execution and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., catering, security, AV, ticketing) and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Develop detailed event plans, including floor plans, staffing schedules, and risk assessments.
- Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability for all managed events.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and preparing reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and venue policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue partners.
- Lead and motivate event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support during events.
- Manage the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring readiness for each occasion.
- Contribute to the development of new event concepts and packages to enhance the venue’s offering.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning and operations, preferably within a large venue or entertainment setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of event logistics, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and client expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote planning with on-site responsibilities.
- Knowledge of audiovisual, lighting, and staging requirements for events.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event schedule.
