- Source and procure necessary cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers.
- Develop and implement waste reduction and recycling initiatives to promote sustainability.
- Investigate and resolve sanitation-related complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local and national environmental and health regulations.
- Collaborate with facility management and other departments to integrate sanitation services with overall building operations.
- Maintain accurate records of waste generation, disposal, recycling rates, and cleaning activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in sanitation, hygiene, or environmental management is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sanitation, cleaning, or waste management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and waste management principles.
