- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repair and maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a vocational diploma or associate's degree in industrial technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least 4 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role. Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery is essential. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, are required. Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic welding/fabrication skills is a must. This position requires the ability to work effectively on-site in Shakhura, Northern, BH and may involve occasional overtime or weekend work.
