- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ESG-related projects and initiatives.
- Assist in responding to ESG questionnaires and surveys from investors and rating agencies.
- Educate internal teams and external partners on ESG concepts and their importance.
- Identify emerging ESG risks and opportunities within specific industries.
- Contribute to the organization's thought leadership on sustainability topics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainable finance, corporate social responsibility, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of key ESG issues (climate change, human rights, labor practices, diversity & inclusion, board independence, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using ESG databases (e.g., MSCI, Sustainalytics) is a plus.
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with global ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) is highly desirable.
- Passion for sustainability and driving positive social and environmental impact.
