- High school diploma or equivalent; Trade certification or Associate's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
