Our client, a prominent provider of facilities management services, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee operations in Tubli, Capital, BH . - Supervise and train a team of maintenance and cleaning staff, providing clear direction and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, maintenance equipment, and spare parts.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to occupants.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, budget performance, and facility condition.
- Implement best practices in cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven expertise in the maintenance and operation of various building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques, standards, and materials.
- Experience in managing budgets and vendor contracts.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a commercial or industrial setting is preferred.
