  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
  • Admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a legal counsel in a corporate or law firm setting.
  • Extensive experience in contract law, corporate law, and commercial litigation.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
