The Site Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site support, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment. This role is customer-facing, requiring both strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. You will play a critical role in maintaining the equipment optimal performance and efficiency by providing exceptional Technical Support, while being responsible for delivering solutions for both technical and Non-technical end-users and developing solid relationships with key stakeholder in the medical industry.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in both Arabic & English.
