Our client, a prestigious international airline, is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Lead Commercial Airline Pilot to join their esteemed flight operations team. Based out of our hub in Jidhafs, Capital, BH , this critical role demands an exceptional level of skill, responsibility, and leadership in managing flight crews and ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

- Command and operate commercial aircraft in accordance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew, and cargo on all flights.
- Lead and manage First Officers and cabin crew, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, flight planning, and review meteorological and NOTAM information.
- Manage all phases of flight, including take-off, cruise, and landing, in diverse and challenging conditions.
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
- Handle in-flight emergencies and abnormal situations with decisive and effective actions.
- Complete all required flight documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in recurrent training and simulator checks to maintain proficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pilots, contributing to their professional development.
- Represent the company positively during all operational activities and interactions.
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and other operational departments to ensure seamless flight operations.
Qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with relevant type ratings.
- Minimum of 7,500 total flight hours, with at least 3,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on multi-engine jet aircraft.
- Extensive experience operating large commercial airliners (e.g., Boeing 777, Airbus A350).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing flight crews.
- Impeccable safety record and a strong understanding of aviation regulations (ICAO, EASA, or equivalent).
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination and background check.
- Familiarity with advanced flight management systems and navigation techniques.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Jidhafs, Capital, BH .

This vital role ensures adherence to stringent safety standards and environmental regulations across all managed sites. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive EHS programs, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in EHS legislation, risk management, and best practices, with the ability to lead and inspire a proactive approach to safety, all within a remote work environment.

- Lead emergency preparedness and response planning efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in EHS management, preferably within the facilities management or cleaning services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and best practices.
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and developing corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of industrial hygiene principles and environmental compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and ensure meticulous record-keeping in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in EHS management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) are highly desirable.
