A high-end resort property located in Hamad Town, Northern, BH is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage Operations to oversee all F&B outlets and services. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for exceptional guest experiences and a proven ability to manage profitability across diverse culinary operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. The Director will lead a large team, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

This is a premier opportunity for a seasoned F&B leader to take charge of operations at a prestigious property and contribute significantly to its success.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the profitability and guest satisfaction of all F&B outlets.
- Overseeing the daily operations of all restaurants, bars, lounges, and catering services.
- Managing, training, and motivating a diverse team of F&B professionals, including managers, supervisors, chefs, and service staff.
- Controlling food and beverage costs, inventory management, and vendor relations to maximize profitability and ensure quality.
- Developing and maintaining service standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.
- Creating innovative menus and beverage programs in collaboration with Executive Chefs and Head Bartenders.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Managing departmental budgets, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborating with the Marketing department on promotional activities and events.
- Implementing operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Leading the F&B team through effective communication and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple F&B outlets and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, menu engineering, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Experience with P&L management and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and POS systems.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
