- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management within the luxury hospitality sector, with at least 4 years in a Director-level role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume F&B operations and achieving profitability targets.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, beverage trends, and service standards.
