- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods within the production area.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to production staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and maintenance principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
