Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance roles, with a significant focus on the catering or food manufacturing sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 22000, FSSC 22000), and best practices (HACCP, GMP, SQF).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful food safety management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HACCP Certified, PCQI) are highly desirable.
