Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment processes and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on technology roles.
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for specialized positions.
- Excellent understanding of technical skill sets and the ability to effectively screen for them.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience in building and nurturing talent pipelines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.

- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray searching, etc.).
- Familiarity with a wide range of tech stacks and engineering disciplines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of urgency.
- Understanding of employer branding and candidate marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional candidate and client service.
