This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for challenging technology roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers. Your goal will be to attract and secure the best possible candidates to support our client's growing needs. This involves developing creative sourcing strategies, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners as needed.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.
