• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management system (QMS).
• Establishing quality control standards and procedures for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Conducting regular audits of production processes and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Implementing statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve product quality.
• Analyzing quality data, identifying root causes of defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Managing the non-conformance reporting and resolution process.
• Leading the quality assurance team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborating with R&D, production, and engineering teams to ensure quality is integrated into product development.

• In-depth knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including CAPA, deviations, and change control.
• Proficiency in conducting internal audits and writing audit reports.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with validation processes (process, cleaning, equipment).

• Oversee and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and documentation to ensure GMP compliance.
• Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and ensure adherence to approved procedures.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and out-of-specification (OOS) results, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Manage the change control process, assessing the impact of changes on product quality.
• Develop, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality-related documents.

• Licensed Pharmacist in Bahrain or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience with quality management systems, audits, and regulatory submissions.
