We are seeking a System Engineer to join our REPLIL Service Delivery team, responsible for deploying, integrating, and supporting REPLIL's suite of industrial cybersecurity and patch management solutions across customer sites in the EMEA region.

  • Lead deployment, configuration, and delivery of REPLIL products and services at customer sites.
  • Perform pre-deployment validation, software testing, and environment simulation in-office (lab setup).
  • Collaborate with customer IT/OT teams to ensure seamless integration within existing environments (Active Directory, WSUS, SCCM, or other patch management systems).

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Microsoft infrastructure, networking, and OT environments, with a hands-on approach to system delivery, testing, and project documentation. This role is field-intensive, requiring frequent travel to industrial customer sites for solution deployment, integration, and technical validation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in systems engineering, field support, or service delivery roles.

Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Telecommunications Systems Administrator to join their operations team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to our critical infrastructure from your home office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining complex telecommunications systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications hardware and software, including PBX systems, VoIP gateways, and mobile network infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues proactively, and ensure network uptime.
  • Implement and manage network security measures to protect telecommunications systems from threats.
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems related to voice, data, and video communication services.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
  • Collaborate with vendors and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
  • Stay current with the latest telecommunications technologies and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other technical staff.
  • Manage system upgrades and patch deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications systems administration or network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications protocols (e.g., SIP, H.323, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with VoIP technologies, IP telephony, and PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, Cisco CallManager).
  • Familiarity with mobile network technologies (e.g., GSM, LTE, 5G) is a plus.
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA Voice, CompTIA Network+) are desirable.
