You will gain overall knowledge and experience around all functional aspects of the relevant Business unit focused predominantly around Technology driven areas.
Your overall on-the-job training scope shall include:
- Participate in department’s strategic planning & execution process
- Analyze existing systems & processes and offer new ideas for improvement
- Research industry best practices related to the functional portfolio and assist in the process of developing key initiatives
- Contribute towards departmental meetings as a representative to deal with operational activities
- Craft key reports around day to day operations of the section and present the same to the stakeholders
- Support in executing key business priorities
- Complete a minimum of 2 projects in close supervision with your guide/mentor on specific functional scope area
- Other assigned activities on time to time basis
