Role Overview
We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you'll work on a variety of campaigns and content that directly support Calo's growth.
The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, able to move quickly from concept to execution while managing a part-time schedule. You'll be responsible for conducting research, staying on top of design trends, and delivering visual solutions that align with Calo's marketing strategy and business goals
Main Responsibilities
- Design assets across channels: social media, email, digital ads, landing pages, and packaging
- Translate marketing briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand, high-converting, and beautifully crafted
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative concepts
- Contribute to evolving the brand's visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing team
- Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated, if applicable)
