Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist) in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical supervision or management.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment planning, and ethical practice.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to manage a hybrid work schedule, balancing remote administrative tasks with in-person client sessions and team supervision.
- Proficiency in virtual therapy platforms and tools for remote communication.
- This role requires a candidate to be available for in-office work in Nuwaidrat, Southern, BH for essential supervisory duties, team meetings, and direct client care that cannot be effectively delivered remotely, while also offering the flexibility of remote work for administrative tasks, documentation, and some virtual therapy sessions.
