This key leadership role will be responsible for managing various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of hotel operations and customer service standards. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue, controlling costs, and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment for all staff members.

    Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, setting performance goals for each department, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met. You will be responsible for staff recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring a highly motivated and skilled team. The Hotel Operations Manager will also manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability. Guest satisfaction is paramount, and you will actively engage with guests, address feedback, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure memorable stays. This role involves working closely with senior management and other department heads to align operational strategies with the overall business objectives of the hotel.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple departments and lead diverse teams.
    • Strong understanding of hotel operational procedures, standards, and best practices.
    • Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
