Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years focused specifically on full-cycle talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment law.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand diverse business needs.
