Location: Bahrain
Role Purpose
Responsible for enhancing employees' effectiveness by designing, implementing, and managing performance evaluation systems and development plans. This role supports strategic HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
- Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, including KPIs, appraisal tools, and evaluation cycles.
- Coordinate and monitor employee performance reviews, ensuring consistency and fairness across departments.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans and career progression pathways.
- Provide training and guidance to managers on conducting effective performance evaluations.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to performance management.
- Contribute to organizational change initiatives and culture-building efforts.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership on performance metrics and development outcomes.
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience in the work field.
Skills
· Strong understanding of performance management systems and employee development strategies.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· High level of professionalism.
· Fluency in Arabic & English.
