Our client, a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to bolster their recruitment efforts. This hybrid role, based in Sanad, Capital, BH , offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, providing a balanced approach to talent sourcing and team collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from job intake and strategy development to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop compelling job descriptions, and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback from interviewers, and facilitate debrief sessions.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and recruitment regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology or corporate sector.
  • Proven experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate employer value proposition effectively.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and tenacious approach to talent sourcing.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT specialists).
