Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video), and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and extend competitive job offers, and manage the negotiation process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the HR leadership team.
- Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness to potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role, with a strong emphasis on remote recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
