Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Advise on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Support organizational design and development efforts, including change management and workforce planning.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs on topics such as leadership development, performance feedback, and compliance.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Champion company culture and values, promoting employee engagement and retention.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience with change management initiatives is highly valued.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in Riffa, Southern, BH is beneficial.
