- Prepares BOQ & Variation for all Tender & Projects.
- Ensures proper and timely documentation of all related sites.
- Prepares material/ Drawing approval request submittals and obtains approvals in a timely manner.
- Prepares quotations, variations tracking schedule for materials and drawings.
- Prepares Heat Load Calculation.
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting to Top Management.
- Prepares shop drawing as and when required.
- Ensures timely communication of feedback, technical guidance for all subordinates as and when required.
- Allocates resources effectively including personnel, material and time.
- Prepares work plan and staffing for each phase of the project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HVAC system designing, production or service related work experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Preferred CRPEP Licensed graduate.
- Good and effective - written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate in related software like MS Projects, MS Word/ Excel etc.
