Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Facilities Management Specialist with a strong background in Hygiene & Sanitation to oversee operations in **Seef, Capital, BH**. This role is vital for ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy environment for employees and visitors across all company facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs, adhering to the highest industry standards. Key duties include establishing and enforcing cleaning protocols, managing cleaning staff and contractors, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance, and developing training programs for hygiene best practices. You will also be responsible for managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, identifying and implementing new cleaning technologies, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 6 years of experience in facilities management, with a significant focus on cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene management, is required. Proven experience in managing cleaning teams and vendor contracts is essential. Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and infection control principles is a must. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively manage facility operations and liaise with various departments. The ability to conduct audits, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives is highly valued.
