Position Overview
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team—helping define requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business objectives into clear technical specifications and user stories.
- Work with development, QA, and DevOps teams to align deliverables with business goals.
- Prepare process maps, functional specifications, and data flow documentation.
- Support testing and UAT activities to validate that requirements are met.
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or web-based projects.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
