Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all Production Departments are performing efficiently and effectively as per the Company Corporate plan. Assess the performance of subordinates.
  2. Ensure that staff are adequately trained for all technical aspects required to meet job demands.
  3. Responsible for recommendation and adaptation of the production facilities in line with the market development.
  4. Responsible for preparation of the production budget for the production and works administration.

  3. Experience in areas including production, distribution, planning, purchasing, quality, engineering, compliance, and capital management.
  4. Knowledge of ISO procedures and policies will be an added advantage.
