Our client, a rapidly expanding organization, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team. This position is based out of Sanad, Capital, BH , but requires the candidate to work entirely from a remote location. You will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments and geographies. This role involves developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to identify qualified candidates. Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and partnering closely with them throughout the hiring process is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and provide market insights.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role, with a track record of successful hiring.
  • Extensive experience with various sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with (Specific Industry, e.g., Tech, Finance) recruitment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
