We are currently seeking a Workshop & Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead and integrate all supply chain and workshop functions across Fives Services Gulf. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role provides strategic direction, cross-functional leadership, and performance oversight for procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and workshop operations. The role ensures these functions are aligned with our safety standard, business objectives, cost-effective, compliant, and capable of supporting current and future growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Health and Safety related (HSE)
  • Champion a strong safety culture across all workshop operations, ensuring HSE principles are fully integrated into daily activities
  • Coach and support workshop leadership in conducting daily toolbox talks, job risk assessments, and weekly safety meetings, reinforcing proactive hazard identification and risk mitigation
  • Lead monthly safety performance reviews, analyzing trends, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous enhancement of HSE practices
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company safety standards, fostering strict adherence to workplace safety protocols
  • Monitor and improve workshop ergonomics, identifying potential hazards related to equipment handling, workspace layout, and employee well-being
