Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investment Advisory Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering sophisticated investment solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This role is central to designing and managing client-centric portfolios that reflect each family’s unique objectives, risk tolerance, and governance structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design tailored Investment Policy Statements (IPS) that reflect client
- Construct and manage portfolios anchored in Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), integrating both public and private market exposures.
- Conduct portfolio diagnostics including risk attribution, stress testing, scenario analysis, and rebalancing recommendations.
- Lead manager selection and due diligence across asset classes—public equities, fixed income, private equity, private credit, and real assets—combining quantitative analysis with qualitative assessment.
- Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks, producing client-friendly reporting and variance commentary.
- Collaborate with RMs and advisors to translate investment strategy into personalized solutions aligned with family-specific objectives.
- Contribute to the digitization of OCIO services, including AI-driven analytics, reporting, and aggregation capabilities through AIO+.
- Join client and prospect meetings, presenting investment strategy, market views, and performance insights with clarity and confidence.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment management, family office, OCIO, or multi-asset roles—preferably with exposure to both public and private markets.
- Experience working within or advising family offices, understanding multi generational needs, illiquid asset considerations, and wealth structuring complexities.
- Strong grasp of portfolio theory, SAA, IPS development, and multi-asset class investment frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate both traditional and alternative asset managers, including private fund structures.
- Advanced proficiency with investment and reporting tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, eFront, Addepar, or equivalents).
- Plus: CFA charterholder or CFA Level III
- Proven ability to distill complex investment ideas into clear, actionable client materials.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and UHNW client segments.

Grant Thornton is expanding their Advisory team and looking to hire candidates at consultant and senior consultant level. As an integral member of the Advisory team, candidate must guide and advise clients through a wide range of processes related to business insight, operational evaluations and assessments, and major decision making, and help clients to identify opportunities to drive revenue, improve efficiency and minimize cost.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Leverage experience and expertise to work with clients and solve complex innovation challenges
- Conduct industry and client research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and visually communicate opportunities to clients
- Analyze organizational procedures, guide client through necessary changes, and implement and manage alternative business strategies
- Work with engagement leadership to implement operational processes and technology that support value creation and process efficiency across functions
- Ability to assess operational and technology investment strategies and compare respective operating models and organizational structures against leading practices and industry benchmarks
- Gather relevant data, using both internal and external resources
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations and other client deliverables
- Contribute to all project phases - plan, analyze, design, build and test
Supervisory Responsibility
- Strong client relations and ability to perform new jobs
- Recognize and evaluate the materiality and significance of management consultancy issues and recommend appropriate business solutions
- Responsible and enjoy the challenges of various industries

Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field

- Experience withinBig 4 will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with a broad range of business operation situations and challenges
- Proven ability to build strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Strong project and people management skills
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) with strong presentation skills (English mandatory; Arabic will be an added advantage)

Our Deal Advisory team is looking for a talented Analyst to help drive business growth and deliver exceptional client services. As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting clients in addressing their business challenges and providing strategic insights. You will work closely with senior management to deliver analysis that supports decision-making and drives business performance. Your role will involve collecting and interpreting data, conducting research, and preparing detailed reports. You will also collaborate with various teams to implement solutions and improve operational efficiency.
Ideally, what you should bring to this deal:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial due diligence, corporate finance, and investment banking experience with a leading investment bank or a Big 4 firm
- Undergraduate or graduate degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or business administration, along with the pursuit of at least one finance or accounting designation (CPA, ACA, MBA, CBV, or CFA)
- Ability to prepare integrated financial models and valuation analysis
- Ability to use research tools to extract relevant background material for business development and transaction support
