Key Responsibilities:- Lead architectural concept development for floating and land-integrated marine projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and 3D models
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure buildable solutions
- Integrate sustainable design principles, marine-specific considerations, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and technical partners as needed
- Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and approvals
- Research materials and technologies suitable for marine environments
- Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Lumion
- Experience in parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper) is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and technical design skills
- Understanding of prefabrication, modular construction, or marine environments is preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Department Manager (DM)/Sr. GM, the lead solution architect is responsible for managing YMA system & standalone DES proposals.
To work closely with other cross-sectional departments like Product Delivery Center, Service, Quality, Legal, etc.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Have in-depth knowledge of Advanced Solutions such as Historian, Alarm Management, Advanced Process Control, Operator Training Simulator, Network Security, and Digitalization Solutions.
- Act as an ambassador for Yokogawa within the MEA region.
- Work diligently with the Sales team to achieve sales & marketing objectives/targets.
- Adapt to changes in job profile/responsibilities as expected by management.
- Maintain a professional appearance, be passionate, healthy, self-disciplined, and ensure the team follows the same.
- Work in an agile manner, supporting the team to deliver proposals and TQ submissions timely.
- Participate in combined task forces for major MAC or system proposals, coordinating with other Business Units.
- Follow the latest sales process flow and responsibility matrix as per the manual, ensuring team compliance.
- Support DM/Sr. GM in daily decisions and reporting to management.
- Be a motivated team member with a positive attitude, fostering open communication to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage sales updates and portal regularly.
- Continuously improve proposal operations in YMA.
- Support training requirements for the solutions team in YMA, in consultation with DM/Sr. GM.
- Assist with FEED, POC, LCA proposals, site surveys for replacement standalone or system projects.
- Support sales team in customer techno-commercial presentations/discussions.
- Manage internal/external audits for solutions.
- Support company registration for standalone solutions and new solutions to ensure growth.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the OT environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Competencies
- Proven experience with Yokogawa ICSS and Advanced Solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support engineers and sales teams.
- Ability to standardize tools and improve processes.
- Autonomous, practical, decisive, and self-starting capabilities.
Skills
- Proficiency in Yokogawa products and systems.
- Experience with network security, virtualization technologies, and tools.
- Strong understanding of OT environments and related technologies.
