Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or a related client-facing role within the financial services technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts, with a history of exceeding retention and expansion targets.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry (banking, insurance, investment management) and its technological landscape.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and account management methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Bahraini financial market is highly advantageous.
