The HR personnel is responsible to manage all the work related to Ministry including MOE, MOL , SIO and Tamkeen support. The HR Assistant should have good knowledge with all the governmental procedures including LMRA, SIO, Tamkeen, CPR renewal, MOL and MOE etc. They should also be able support recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and training, while ensuring strict adherence to Bahraini labor laws and government regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, coordinating training programs, assisting with performance appraisals, and generating HR reports and analytics to support business goals. The HR Executive provides advice and assistance to all staff. This may include information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies of the organization.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelors Degree or above in business administration. HR certifications preferred.
2. 5 – 8 years of experience in various HR functions. Stable experience in previous jobs.
3. Sound working knowledge of HR best practice.
- Good knowledge in all the Ministry (MOE, MOL), SIO and Tamkeen works.
4. Up-to-date knowledge of the Bahrain Labor Law.
A proven ability of handling sensitive Employee Relations issue.
Candidates with School experience is preferred.

Job Summary
The Academy Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of students, staff, and academy-related materials. This role requires a high degree of responsibility, adherence to safety regulations, and a professional, positive demeanor when interacting with passengers. The driver plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and activities of the academy.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Safety:
- Safely transport students to and from school, as well as to and from scheduled academy activities, sports events, field trips, and other designated locations.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and academy transportation policies.
- Maintain order and ensure appropriate behavior of students while on the vehicle, following established academy procedures.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle (including lights, tires, brakes, fluid levels, etc.) and accurately document findings.
- Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary safety and emergency supplies (e.g., first-aid kit, fire extinguisher).
- Report any mechanical defects, needed repairs, or accidents immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness:
- Keep the academy vehicle(s) clean, both inside and out, on a regular basis.
- Monitor fuel levels and coordinate refueling to ensure continuous availability for scheduled routes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of mileage, fuel consumption, routes, and maintenance performed.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance appointments as directed by the supervisor.
Operational Support:
- Assist with the delivery and pickup of academy mail, packages, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the Academy Director, Operations Manager, and parents/guardians regarding schedule changes, delays, or incidents.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information related to student schedules and routes with discretion.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record check required).
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a school or academy setting.
- Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Must pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in the surrounding area.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure adherence to strict schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
