About the Role

We are looking for a Strategy Associate to work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) on high-impact transformation and integration initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing governance frameworks, aligning teams, and supporting post-acquisition integration to enable our “One Company” vision.

Responsibilities

• Support post-merger integration across teams, systems, and processes
• Design and implement governance frameworks and operating models
• Manage cross-functional, strategic projects and initiatives
• Prepare executive-level presentations and updates
• Facilitate alignment across business units and strategic priorities
• Contribute to culture-building and organizational cohesion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate transformation roles
• Proven exposure to M&A integration or cross-functional project delivery
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with digital and emerging tech trends such as cloud and AI
