Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the assigned territory and enterprise accounts.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprise organizations.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and articulate how our client's solutions can deliver tangible business value.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to develop customized proposals and presentations.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales quotas and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex, long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and value-based selling.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
