Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, refrigeration units, etc.)
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns promptly to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and servicing
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven experience in kitchen equipment maintenance (QSR or hospitality industry preferred)

- Available to work in shifts and attend on-call requests as required
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints
