Our client, a prestigious financial institution, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Investment Banker specializing in Financial Advisory to join their elite, fully remote team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising, who thrives in a flexible, work-from-anywhere environment. You will play a pivotal role in advising corporate clients on complex financial strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic financial planning. Your responsibilities will involve originating and executing transactions, developing detailed financial models, conducting thorough due diligence, and preparing comprehensive client presentations and marketing materials. A deep understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, and corporate restructuring is essential. You will build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, from startups to established corporations, and act as a trusted advisor on critical financial decisions. This position demands exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. You will be expected to stay abreast of global economic trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact client strategies. Collaboration with internal legal, research, and client coverage teams will be integral to delivering comprehensive solutions. The ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth through successful deal origination is paramount. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. You will mentor junior bankers, providing guidance on deal execution and client management. Extensive experience in client relationship management and deal structuring is crucial.

- Originate and execute complex financial transactions.
- Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for potential deals.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Manage multiple deal processes concurrently.
- Mentor and guide junior investment banking professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
- Proven track record of originating and successfully executing M&A and capital markets transactions.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and M&A processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage demanding workloads in a remote environment.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses (or equivalent) are typically required.
