Job Description
Our client is looking for an innovative and experienced Head of Remote Workforce Management to establish and lead our fully remote HR operations from Salmabad, Northern, BH . This executive-level position is critical for designing, implementing, and overseeing policies and systems that ensure the effective and productive management of a distributed workforce. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive and engaging remote work environment, optimizing productivity, and ensuring compliance and employee well-being across all remote teams. This role requires a strategic leader who can adapt quickly to the evolving needs of remote work and foster a strong sense of connection and collaboration among employees working from various locations.

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies and policies for managing a fully remote workforce, covering areas such as performance management, communication, engagement, and compliance.
- Design and deploy systems and tools that facilitate seamless remote collaboration, project management, and communication.
- Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for remote employees and teams, ensuring accountability and productivity.
- Create and champion initiatives to foster a strong remote company culture, promoting employee engagement, connection, and well-being.
- Develop and manage a robust onboarding process specifically tailored for remote employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations pertaining to remote work in various jurisdictions where employees are located.
- Identify and implement best practices in remote workforce management, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for managers and employees on effective remote work practices.
- Manage HR operations and administrative processes for remote staff, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
- Advise senior leadership on strategies and challenges related to managing a remote workforce.
- Conduct regular reviews of remote work policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals supporting remote operations.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on workforce management or remote operations.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful remote work strategies and policies.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements for distributed workforces.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
- Strong proficiency in HR technology, including HRIS, collaboration tools, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive remote work culture.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
