The Opportunity
As a CACI Senior Law Enforcement Investigative Analyst, you will provide support to the US Drug Enforcement Administrations (DEA) Middle East Region, Homeland Security Investigation (HSI), the Regional Narcotic Intelligence Fusion Cell (RNIFC) and FVEY Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop complex, multi-district criminal investigations with international connections.
  • Analyze and synthesize large volumes of data from various sources to identify patterns and trends, and to generate investigative leads in attacking transnational organized crime.
  • Collaborate with host nation law enforcement agencies, US Federal Law Enforcement partners, US Intelligence Community partners, and Five Eyes (FVEY) intelligence alliance members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international counterparts to facilitate information sharing and joint operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive analytical products, reports, and briefings for senior leadership and partner agencies. Deliver briefings to decision makers as required.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to support ongoing investigations and strategic planning.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Proven track record of 20+ years in law enforcement investigations, with emphasis on international and multi-jurisdictional cases.
  • Extensive knowledge of transnational criminal organizations and their operations.
  • Working and living overseas supporting US led initiatives
  • Strong understanding of international legal frameworks and law enforcement cooperation agreements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work as a member of a forward-deployed team.
  • College Degree – bachelor's degree minimum.
  • Expert-level proficiency in analytical software and databases used in law enforcement investigations and analysis.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  4. Conduct trainings (ex. Vismo, Business Trips, HEAT, …etc.).
  5. Maintain the Crisis Management portal, review PCAS & projects security plans for level 3 & 4, Subsistence Allowance Claims review & approvals and manage travel requests.
  6. Update & review Crisis Managements QMS documents, and prepare & maintain Crisis Management records and contracts (ex. Vismo Privacy Statement, RKM & DTS, Annual Management Reviews, …etc.).
  7. Conduct regular tests (Satellite phones, Vismo safety checks, AWS regional safety checks), sharing Crisis Management related announcements and being on call (24 hrs) for all emergencies, Vismo users, WhatsApp users and YMA Crisis Management phone callers.
  8. Overall system continuous improvements & developments.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. A Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years’ experience.
  2. Good report writing in English & Arabic.
  3. Preferably has a military, security or risk assessment background.
  4. Business continuity management system implementation & maintenance.
Skills
  1. Good English and Arabic language skills with strong editorial capability.
  2. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  3. Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks & assignments.
Competencies
  1. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  2. Knowledgeable & adaptable on the key responsibilities and functions listed above.
  3. A team player with pleasant people skills.
  4. Preferable to have military/government connections.
  5. Bilingual (Arabic & English) is mandatory.

Our client is seeking an experienced and vigilant Senior Aviation Security Officer to join their team in Budaiya, Northern, BH . This role is critical to maintaining the safety and security of airport operations, passengers, and staff. The Senior Aviation Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, implementing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with all aviation security regulations. You will conduct regular security checks, respond to security incidents, and provide leadership and guidance to junior security personnel. Key duties include monitoring surveillance systems, managing access control, performing baggage and passenger screening oversight, and participating in security drills and training exercises. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in aviation security, with extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices. A strong understanding of risk assessment and threat detection is essential. You will be expected to develop and implement security procedures, conduct investigations into security breaches, and prepare detailed reports. A Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field is preferred.
