Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of field technicians, providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
- Perform complex installations, maintenance, and repairs of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure, including fiber optics, copper cabling, and wireless systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network and system issues, utilizing advanced testing and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational training or certification in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance.
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role, guiding technical teams.
- Expertise in fiber optic splicing, testing (OTDR, VFL), and termination.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools relevant to the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear technical direction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, with travel as needed.
